Three months after moving into our Shadow Mesa home, we couldn't be happier. We accelerated our plan to relocate to Grand Junction after seeing a BOA Builders house in the 2023 Parade of Homes. The layout is perfect with an open floor plan and a spacious outdoor patio. The craftsmanship is high quality and the design was well thought out. Wendi and Charlie were great to work with during the planning/building stage and their team has been responsive after we moved in. Like I said, we couldn't be happier.

BOA Builders, LLC, built our house in 2019. Their kind assistance and suggestions gave us complete trust in them. We have enjoyed the process as we were involved in choosing details of decor. The best part, besides having a perfect home for ourselves, is a lasting friendship. These folks are WONDERFUL!!!

We are so happy with our new home from BOA builders. Charlie and Wendi were with us through the whole process and guided us to our dream. The quality of construction was beyond our expectations. Excellent communication from project manager. Charlie and Wendi listened to what we wanted our home to look like. They even came in under budget and stuck to the timeline.

BOA Builders and their subcontractors were very easy to work with on our semi-custom house. They were responsive to our requests and instrumental in helping us with the interior finishes to make it a home. I highly recommend you consult the team at BOA when considering your next house or project.

BOA did a great job on building our home. The inspector said it was some of the best quality they have seen. Wendi and Charlie are great to work with and always willing to answer questions. We had a great building experience with them and highly recommend!

We love Wendi & Charlie. They were always very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and enjoyable to work with! They were very organized and involved in the whole process. They made the whole experience truly stress free. Wendi was so sweet and gifted me with a memory book with pictures of the house going through its various stages of development. She also put together a binder with all the house information we could reference back to such as: grout color, paint colors, fixture model #’s etc. BOA builders should be your first choice!

BOA builders were fantastic to us while living in Grand Junction. They showed us many features about our new home that we were not aware of in regards to houses in that region of the country. They also answered any questions we had and honored our builders warranty expiditiously anytime there was an issue. Mrs. Wendi even helped us sell our home once it was time to move on. :) They made us feel like we were part of the community.

Wendi & Charlie built our home in 2021. We still love it!! No issues since. The pre-construction phase was easy. It blows my mind how organized BOA Builders are. I loved the app we could check in on and see the timeline of when projects would be scheduled and contractors would be onsite. I feel bad for other people who try other contractors and all you hear are the nightmares. It was a dream working with BOA Builders. Anytime anyone mentions the thought of building a home I tell them go with BOA!!!
